Renovation of our Cornish Holiday Cottage

So...now the weather is starting to change, I've decided its about time I addressed the long awaited job of decorating our holiday cottage back in Cornwall. As usual, things have taken us a lot longer than expected, but I'm proud to say that we've come a long way. Since the first days of knocking down walls and adding extensions, we're finally feeling 'comfortable'. Now the fun can really begin, and I can start to source all the pretty things to fill our lovely new home with. Below are some before and after shots, some change hey? We've still a way to go, but we're hoping by Christmas we'll be finished and our house will be available to rent. Holiday by the beach anyone? xx

My Hen Party at Watergate Bay!

Hi everyone! Gosh - its scary how quickly time flies but at least I've managed to find a few minutes to post about one of my favourite places, Watergate Bay! I couldn't believe it when all my gorgeous girlfriends travelled to Cornwall so we could spend my Hen Party in this gorgeous hotel. Twelve of us enjoyed the relaxation of the Swim Club and treated ourselves to champagne and facials. It was truly divine and worth every single penny. I love Watergate Bay so much, that my fiance and I plan to stay here the night before our wedding - so super excited! So if you ever want to visit Cornwall in style - this is the place to stay. xxx

I'm not sure why, but some houses really make me stop and stare. This home is certainly one those. Is it the pure white walls, or the splashes of colour? The quirky prints or just everything together? I'm not so sure, but I know that this home is truly unique and it makes my heart skip a beat. Just gorgeous!

If you're anything like me, you'll love looking at amazing houses.

I’m incredibly nosey and I just can’t help but peek a look through people’s front doors and windows to see how they’ve decorated their homes inside. Naughty I know! So you can imagine the pure indulgence I get from just going online and taking a look inside the world’s most desirable homes. But what’s amazing, is that it doesn’t actually have to be amazing! Or huge for that matter or even incredibly expensive. I just love homes that have character and a sense of effortless style. This property is one of those for sure.
